We can appreciate that when you are really passionate about something, you must have exactly what you want. So we've vowed to find a way to get it to you wherever you are— we ship to PO Boxes, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and any country on the globe using easy-to-understand rates. As yarn enthusiasts ourselves, we know what it's like to open a box of fiber goodies. If only we could be a fly on the wall when you get your package from One Big Happy!

We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $50.00 and up. Smaller orders pay $5 for domestic shipping.

We also offer expedited shipping within the United States as follows.
$8 Fedex Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days after processing.
$15 Fedex Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing.
To note: Expedited shipping cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so be sure to use your home address if you want to use FedEx Ground or FedEx Express.
We are honored to have our military customers shop with us. As a reminder, packages sent to overseas APO or DPO addresses are required to go through a military U.S. post office before leaving the country. Only our standard shipping can deliver to overseas APO or DPO addresses. Thank you for your service!
We charge a flat rate of $12 on all orders to Canada.
We like to keep international shipping simple. You can choose from three flat rates depending on the size of your order:
- Orders Up To $99.99—Ship For $25 Flat
- Orders From $100-$199.99—Ship For $35 Flat
- Orders $200 Or More—Ship For $40
Rates are calculated based on order size before the cost of shipping is applied. For example, if Jane from Australia makes an order for $195, an additional $35 shipping rate will be added on during checkout, making her total order cost $230.
We ship international packages using FedEx MailView. If you would like more shipping options than those listed, please call customer service at (833) 320-1609.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Occasionally, our international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive. Although duties and customs are beyond our control, we do shed a tear for those who experience them. Seriously.
Returns: Getting the Goodies Back
Not quite what you expected? Our products may be returned for store credit within 90 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include your order number, a printed receipt would be preferred but not required, e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. Please allow 3 to 4 days after we receive your return for processing. For any questions please contact our Customer Service team. Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 4 PM CST.
What if the product was damaged? Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email customer service and you’ll get a return label to send it back. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost.
