We have some exciting news. One Big Happy Yarn Co. is becoming part of Missouri Star Quilt Co.! We have been sister companies for the last 4 years but soon we will all be under the same roof.
For now, nothing that you love about One Big Happy will be changing, same great selection, same great tutorials, and our social media channels will remain. But starting in mid-February you will find all of your favorite yarns, kits, and tools on the Missouri Star website. This opens up worlds of possibilities for us as a company and for you as customers. You’ll be able to take advantage of Missouri Star’s order bundling, where you can place more than one order in a week and only pay one shipping price! You can learn more about bundling your orders here. That’s right, you can shop all your favorite yarn and quilting supplies in one place. And you'll be able to take advantage of the Daily Deals and weekly specials as well. And yes, there will be yarn-related daily deals and promos in the months to come! For us behind the scenes, it means an influx of resources and connections to help us make what we do for you even better.
Don’t worry, through the wonders of the internet you’ll still be able to follow any old links or bookmarks that you have to the One Big Happy site for months to come. They will just start to redirect you to where those items live at Missouri Star.
Two big things that you should be thinking about now. One, if you have any eGift cards, now is the time to use them as there could be a delay in converting those over to the new site. And two, you will need to create a new account at missouriquiltco.com Please use the same email you have used for your account at One Big Happy. This is important for a couple of reasons. It will help us transfer over any stash cash you have accumulated AND it will put you onto the right email list at Missouri Star so we can make sure to keep delivering the yarn-based content you've come to expect.
